SKJENKEGRUPPEN
We run Kvarteret's permanent serving points and help create the atmosphere in the house. With us, you can do everything from pouring exotic beer in Grøndahls, making coffee art and serving sweet and savoury food in Stjernesalen, to shaking heavenly cocktails in Halvtimen. Existing knowledge is always welcome, but if you are open to learning tricks and tips, we are ready to help.
VAKTETATEN
We make sure that Kvarteret's guests and volunteers are safe while they are in the house. We focus on situation handling, and our volunteers receive both steward courses and internal training. With us, you experience the night from another side.
KRAFTETATEN
We run sound and lights for Kvarteret's events and have a large equipment pool to play with. Kvarteret has one of the country's best intimate stages, and with us you can run technical production for concerts, theatre, revue and debates.
KOKKEGRUPPEN
Kokkegruppen is technically part of Skjenkegruppen, but for people who love food. Here you learn basic kitchen skills, such as how the classic Stjerneburger is made. You also get creative freedom to bake something tasty for the café. Whether you are a beginner or already skilled in the kitchen, you are very welcome with us. You get all the training you need.
E-TJENESTEN
E-tjenesten is the IT group at Det Akademiske Kvarter. The group runs and develops Kvarteret's websites and our internal databases. The tasks are varied and cover both frontend and backend. The IT group is a social bunch where you learn easily from and together with others.
PR-ETATEN
We make sure Kvarteret is visible everywhere. We have sub-groups for social media, graphic design and photography. We run our social channels, document everything happening in the house, create advertising plans for digital surfaces, write press releases and design all printed material. Here you learn marketing in practice.
PRODUKSJONAVDELINGENE
We are behind Kvarteret's own programmes during the semester. There is room for new ideas here both on weekdays and weekends. The tasks are varied, and Studentbergen is waiting with anticipation. The production department consists of three sub-groups: the Quiz group, the DJ group and the Event group.
PERSONALGRUPPEN
Personalgruppen is responsible for social highlights, recruitment, card production, and course and competence initiatives in the house. The group consists of a board and Kvarteret's own bands, Villa People, who gladly perform at internal parties and other events. To join Personalgruppen, you must have been active in Kvarteret or an affiliated operating or member organization for at least one semester.
RETTSVESENET
Rettsvesenet is a group of law students who assist Det Akademiske Kvarter with legal advice. As a member of Rettsvesenet, you gain useful experience that will help both in your studies and later in working life. Through Rettsvesenet, you also get to know students from other years of study. The role combines well with both studies and part-time work. We are many case handlers, so the workload is shared well, but there is still enough work for everyone to try themselves in the role.
